After asking me true-untrue on these questions about myself and my current employer ...

1) My manager often tells people to stop talking to each other and to get back to working on their own.
2) My manager tries to keep things fresh by making sure I'm not always doing the same thing everyday.
3) I can access training programs to expand my skills and knowledge.
4) I handle each daily challenge in a different way, rather than by following a set process.
5) Managers always talk about keeping customers happy.
6) The organization has a well-defined plan for the next 12 months.
7) The organization has created at least one unique offering in the last 12 months.
8) There is a clearly defined strategic vision that my co-workers and I are aware of and believe in.
9) It's normal for employees on lower levels to associate with high-level managers.
10) New hires come from outside the organization only when there are no suitable in-house candidates.
11) I can say no to overtime without it hurting my career.
12) My manager emphasizes doing high quality work.
13) Managers typically won't share company information with employees beyond the official version of events.
14) Wars between my co-workers often break out. With all the gossip, insults and power trips being thrown around, they should issue us flak jackets.
15) My Manager gets negative and nags when it's crunch time.
16) My manager trusts that I will do good work and make good decisions.
17) I often attempt tasks that I have never completed before.
18) The organization learns from its mistakes. It makes changes based on what it has learned.
19) Customer requests are considered to be the highest priority.
20) The organization is mainly focused on achieving long-term results.
21) If the organization was a rowboat, everyone would be rowing in the same direction.
22) I can provide feedback and ideas to upper management without feeling like I'm crossing a line.

... jiibe.com decided that my Jiibe Summary is:

"You're an adrenaline junkie and want to work every day as if lives are on the line. Who knows? Maybe they are. Or maybe you just want to show your parents just how wrong they were about you.

OK so your dream of hitting it big as a jazz musician didn't exactly work out. At least you can work for a company that expects you to put your improvisational skills to use in dealing with workplace challenges."

I leave it to the people who know me to decide if this is correct ...

Anyway jiibe.com tries to fill-in the gap of knowing what it really is to work for a certain employer, before signing the contract. Curious to see how this will evolve.
